For twenty-two amazing years I have been serving my community's residential and 2-4 unit investment real estate needs. Each family, each home and each person has unique qualities and requirements.
To understand my priorities, let me share a few things with you. To provide excellent service an agent must be well educated and be a great communicator: I have bachelor of arts degree from the University of California, Berkeley. I have held a real estate broker's license for twenty years (the highest level of licensing available and held to the highest standard).
I am committed to continuing education in order to have the tools and technoloty, insights and the capability to make buying or selling a home or income property an outstanding event in the lives of my clients- especially given the extreme nature of the current real estate market.
And, I believe in service to my community having served as president of the Alliance of Parents and Teachers for the Bennett Valley Union School District, Chairperson for Bennett Valley Union School District's Site Council and past member of their Technology Committee. Most recently I joined the board of the Montgomery High School Education Foundation! I come from a family of teachers committed to children and learning.
I am passionate and enthusiastic about the work that I do and am grateful for the many friends I've made through my work.
The first 9 years of my career in real estate were focused strictly on income producing commercial, industrial and live-work property. Since moving to Santa Rosa in 1998 I have moved to residential real estate representation - I love helping people find just the right home or sell a current home so they can make their next move. In addition to my experience serving my client's residential and 2-4 unit real estate investment needs, I personally invest in real estate.
Knowledgeable and committed service with great communication!
