My core belief:

Anything and everything that I can do to help or benefit others will somehow, some way, some day, help and benefit me.

I was born in New Brunswick New Jersey, as a child my family summered at the south Jersey shore in beautiful Cape May. My father moved our family to south Florida in 1966. In 1989 I ended up in St. Lucie County, I have never left. I have lived all over Florida and I can tell you without hesitation no other area of Florida can compare to the Treasure Coast, I would live nowhere else in this state then right here.

For the first 25 years of my professional career I sold heavy machinery and construction equipment (Caterpillar & Komatsu) to the contractors of Florida. Some of my clients where among the largest road, bridge and infrastructure contractors in America. Because of this I became intimately involved in development projects all over the state. This background has proven extremely valuable in my real estate career.

In 2006 as the construction industry in Florida began to show signs of slowing I decided to get my real estate license. I recently joined my wife of 23 years (Denise Allen) in forming the "Allen Team". By working as a team my wife and I can better meet the needs of our clients and better serve the public by being in two places at once.

I met my wife Denise in 1985 and we were married in 1986. We have raised 4 wonderful children together. Our daughters Stevi Dee and Casey Marie are 22 and 20 years old and our sons Bronson Evin and Dawson Thomas are 18 and 17 years old. I thank God we could raise them right here on the Treasure Coast.

I love to see the sun rise in the morning, the taste of freshly brewed coffee. I love to read a good book, pray and meditate. I love to exercise, to run 3 or 4 miles 4 or 5 times a week. I love listening to TAI CHI music, Elvis and the Boss. I love to sail on the ocean or walk on the beach. I love my wife and my children my brothers and my sisters. I Love my God and am thankful for all the blessings he has given me, and I would love to help you with all of your real estate needs.
