I have been licensed in the state of TX for 33 yrs and have been selling residential real estate in the Northeast Tarrant County (northeast Fort Worth) for that amount of time. I have been with RE/MAX for 18 yrs and have consistently been a top producer and have been awarded the Agent of the Quarter with RE/MAX of TX for the 2nd quarter of 2010. That is really an honor. I've achieved that by lots of referrals through past clients and my networking through the CRS organizations. I believe buying and selling a house is a huge deal for folks and I treat it as such. I don't take it lightly and am committed to doing the best job I can to protect my clients and have a smooth transaction.

In my years of selling real estate, I've gotten into most areas of the real estate realm like residential homes, townhomes, condos, 2nd homes, and I have done rentals as well. I work with investors on an individual basis and help guide the beginners in this endeavor. I have experience in swapping properties for the tax benefits and have dabbled lightly with commercial property. I have worked with all price ranges and am comfortable with all of them from $100,000 up to $$$$$. I work at hours most won't like on Sundays and holidays when the need arises. I'm not afraid of hard work and make myself available when needed.
