I am new to the real estate business. But I see this as a great opportunity for clients. I can spend all of my time finding them the best new home or concentrate my energy in finding a buyer. My time is not split by numerous accounts. And I have a great broker with 27 years behind him. And all my fellow Remax agents are also there to help.
My expertise would be in the buyer side of the market. Due to the fact of my architectural background and my artistic side, and some experience in the home inspection field and home repair and remodeling. I see numerous possibilities in all homes good or bad. And have a solid grounding of what repairs may cost. I feel this is a strength, because some repair issues are not as bad as they first appear. Or some repairs are worse than they appear. And I can knowledgeably give this advise.
