| I had the pleasure of dealing with Daisy Davis. She came highly recommended by a close friend of mine and I must say, she was extraordinary. Being a young, first-time home buyer, she made the process: quick, easy, simple and painless. It's been a month and a half since closing and I couldn't be happier in my new home. She was able to accommodate with my preferred method of contact: I prefer to text message and email, rather than talking on the phone. | Let's talk about a true PROFESSIONAL Someone who treats there clients with respect Someone who keeps in constant contact with there clients to keep them at ease Someone who makes sure that there client is taken care of in everyway possible Someone who is friendly, mature and most of all AWESOME! Someone who gets things done Someone who can sell a house! Daisy was all of the above and much more, my initial experience with Weichart was not so great but as soon as they put Daisy in charge of my account everything changed. My wife and I were in trouble, we had to sell our house and we needed to sell it fast to avoid foreclosure, Daisy helped us in so many ways, she kept us in touch with all the right people and made sure we were kept up to date with any changes. She sold our house in 3 months!!! the other people did not even get 3 showings in 3 months, SHE MADE THINGS HAPPEN! Thanks Daisy! | On October 1, 2013, my husband and I bought our dream home. Daisy was our realtor as well as the seller's realtor. After we noticed this home for sale (we noticed it by driving by, then looked it up on the internet), we decided to contact the selling agent, directly. And that is when we first met, Daisy. From that day, Daisy would end up spending "countless hours" and dedicated attention to us (as well as her seller) in order to make us both happy and provide a smooth and fair transfer of selling to buying. This house just so happens to be a very old home on a very affluent street and therefore severely undervalued because the potential buyers would need to put in an unpredictable amount of time and money into it - before making it a "home". That being said, Daisy had to work 10X the amount of energy for a home that in the end did not even really provide her a fair compensation. In spite of this, Daisy dutifully put in hours upon hours of her time - showing the property, being there on countless occasions when we needed to have several contractors provide quotes and information, and of course serving as a liaison to both the seller and my husband and me. We happen to know several wonderful realtors, and my husband even has his Realtor's certificate. HOWEVER, hands-down - we will ONLY work with Daisy with any real-estate action moving forward (we also invest in rental properties) as she is by far the HARDEST working realtor we have ever known. On a personal note, Daisy is also very kind and very caring. We believe that she was just as happy as we were upon buying our dream home. |

| Daisy was quick to realize my desires in a home and my intended price range. She was readily available by cell phone and would call back quickly when she didn't answer immediately. She was open to any suggestions made by my own research and eventually found me a property in an ideal neighborhood and in my price range. She also provided good advise through the inspection and closing process. |

| I hired Daisy Davis to sell my home in Philadelphia to purchase a new home in New Jersey. I was very satisfied to see that she was very knowledgable on both the PA and the NJ markets. She was well prepared to answer any questions I had and she quickly hit it off with my wife which really was a plus. "A happy wife is a happy life" they say. Originally we priced my house for $120,000 and at the end Daisy was able to sell the house for $121,000. I was very happy with the sale because usually houses end up selling under list price. That is what I call a good negotiator!! On my new home Daisy was very patient with me looking at homes until we found the perfect home for my family and I. I purchased the home for just under list price and with sellers assist which covered all my closing costs. Thank you Daisy we appreciate your expertise. |

| Daisy is an absolutely awesome agent! She went above and beyond to help us find and buy our dream house. She walked us through the entire process and followed up with everyone from the inspectors to the lenders. | It can be difficult attempting to find a house that fits 2 different personalities and tastes but Daisy handled it beautifully. Also no matter if I called her late at night or early in the morning she was always available. Plus she worked around my hectic schedule. | When we listed our home with Weichert our realtor left shortly after we listed. Our listing was handed over to Daisy. We feel it was a "blessing in disguise ". We were buying and selling at the same time and had many obstacles to deal with. Daisy's time and efforts for everything that needed to be done were endless. She made us feel we were her only clients. There was not ever a time that she was needed and not available. The endless search is over, we are in a beautiful new home that we absolutely love. Daisy was there every minute of every step and we can not thank her enough. | Daisy was very pleasant to work with. Daisy explains very well and simply, the process and basic steps needed to purchase a home. She responds to emails, texts, and phone calls usually right away. If not right away, then sooner than later and always at least before the end of the day. Daisy is good at setting up appointments, keeping appointments, and she is also very good at communicating with others. Whatever needs to get done, Daisy is going to talk the right person in order to make it happen. She is very straightforward, upfront with people, tells it like it is. I felt very "cared for" working with Daisy. Even when things were slow and we were just waiting things out before the closing, she would call me and see how things were going, if I had any concerns, questions etc. |
