I'm a retired US Navy senior chief petty officer. I'm working to make buying and seller a home less stressful for the buyers and sellers.
I am primarily a residential specialist. I have earned the following designation: GRI, ASR, SRES. Additionally I am one class from getting the coveted CRS designation. I also have training and experience in the short sale market. I have the FAC (Foreclosure Alternative Consultant) designation from MRS. I have successfully closed 2 short sale transaction and I am currently a buyer's agent and a listing agent in another. I also have experience in the HAP (Housing Assistance Program) as a buyer's agent. Short sales and foreclosures are an important part of the market and I am striving to become an expert in the field.
