As a former Real Estate Appraiser my view of the real estate market is from an analytical prospective. Appraisers constantly study the market, keeping up with the latest trends as well as past performance. I carefully analyze patterns to see which amenities produces the best value. In addition, I look at which marketing approaches appear to be getting the most effective results in the least amount of time. Because each area is a little different, I pay particular attention to what works in the individual markets I serve.
This is beneficial in structuring contracts, whether offering to purchase, or sell, an impartial market value is the objective, and best serves my client.
