I attended the University of Washington (GO DAWGS!!!) in Seattle, WA. I graduated in 2002 with a degree Business Administration focused on Marketing.

I had been in the mortgage industry for the past 6 years. When it comes to mortgage products and services I am an expert. I started at a time when Subprime was king and there were multiple people in my office in Los Angeles that didn't even know what a prime loan was and/or how to sell to that market. Even though I barely even knew what a mortgage was, being fresh out of college and all, I knew I needed to learn more. I took the time to learn the entire company portfolio of loan programs and options. Before long I was holding meetings to teach the other loan officers in the office and eventually promoted to a team manager.

In this role I took on the task of coaching loan officers, that had more tenure than me, the different ways that they could help their customers. I feel that my ability to coach, teach and educate my employees and customers was the reason for my high levels of success.
