| Cathy is a excellent realtor and very understanding towards VERY picky buyers (like me). I had a few complicated situations with lousy sellers and she handled the situation smoothly. She's very responsive and will answers emails past 10 PM and phone calls as soon as she can. Great work ethic. On further note, she is knowledgeable in the Maple Grove area and surrounding suburbs. She also has a strong eye for imperfections in houses which you may not see. I would work with her again and comes highly recommended. |

| As a first-time buyer, I had many questions about purchasing a home and what to expect about the entire process. We just moved back from overseas and we really needed a home. We found Cathy on the internet. We first talked by phone and discussed the details of what kind of home we were looking for. Cathy was so helpful and so easy to deal with. We had a list of homes that we were interested in. Cathy had tons of homes too! Every step of the way Cathy was there answering questions and walking us through the process and always providing the best information possible. We really enjoyed working with Cathy she helped us tremendously without losing interest and never pressuring us.
