Sam and his wife Nancy are both registered Sales Representatives with Royal LePage-Your Community in York Region
Sam and Nancy have developed an extensive list of professionals from Real Estate Lawyers, Land Title Insurance Consultants, Home Inspectors, Mortgage Brokers, and Surveyors to Contractors and Trades People.
Recepient of several National Awards: President Gold, Masters Sales Achievement and Multi-Million Dollar Producer. Their client base is primarily generated from referrals. Sam and Nancy are both strong believers education and life long learning; constantly updating their sills in the industry through continuing education. They are both holders of several post secondary degrees: Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Education, Master of Science in Education, Nationally Certified Basketball Coach. Former instructor in CPR and First Aid. Sam is also a facilator for the Police Youth Forum in York Region
Sam and Nancy are both in good standing with the following professional organizations, TREB, RECO, OREA and CREA. Sam and Nancy have two children and reside in Thornhill, Ontario. They are both avid readers enjoy cooking, coaching and jogging.
