I'm a former high-technology executive (previous companies included Altera and Xilinx) who began investing in various real estate projects nearly twenty years ago.  Since that time I have bought, held and sold multiple investment properties. Over the last few years I began investigating and investing heavily in real estate investment funds focused on the financial aspects of the business in order to continue to grow my own retirement portfolio.  Recently my partner, Tom Braegelmann and I opened our own investment fund to give others access to the kind of opportunities we've been investing in ourselves.
