Hello, and welcome! Here's a little bit about me and my history working in the real estate and mortgage business.

I come from a real estate family in San Francisco and have lived in the Fair Oaks, Carmichael area, for almost 30 years.

The Sacramento region of Northern Califonia is a beautiful place to call home. With its canopy of trees, gorgeous river views, arts, and cultural events, bustling entrepreneurial and startup community, Sacramento offers opportunities and quality of life to its residents. Now that bay area people are moving to Sacramento, home prices have been rising, but it is still more affordable than living in the bay area.

I got my real estate license in 1991 and have worked as a real estate sales agent and as a mortgage consultant over the years. A strong negotiator who looks out for your interests, I have the experience to guide you through unforeseen circumstances that can and do occur during the escrow process. I get paid according to my ability to be a problem solver.

In addition to helping sellers and buyers in the Sacramento real estate market, I have a passion for self-development and learning. I completed the fine art photography program at American River College and have a side gig as a professional photographer. My specialty is business portraits, brand photography, and family portraits.

My office is in Fair Oaks Village. Right in the heart of Fair Oaks, CA. I have a blog at ILoveFairOaks.com, where I write about the town of Fair Oaks and the community by highlighting locals and businesses in Fair Oaks. I do volunteer work and am an active member of the Fair Oaks Chamber of Commerce.
