Get to know Christopher Tausch
After receiving a degree in Management and Labor Relations from Rutgers University in 1990, I decided to make New Jersey my home. In 1994, after working in labor relations for 4 about years, I opened Comptime Digital Print Center, which has grown to become a leading corporate commercial quick printer in Northern Bergen County.
In 2000, my interests turned to real estate. I subsequently obtained my real estate license and began working as a full time agent. After working for a few smaller, local firms I am now pleased to be affiliated with RE/MAX Elite Associates.
In June of 2005, Christopher was awarded the GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation by the National Association of Realtors. This designation is earned by attending an intensive series of classroom instruction, which covers a variety of subjects, such as contract law, professional standards, sales, marketing, finance and risk reduction.
In 2007, I completed the requirements for my Broker's license and am now a Broker Associate. I have also earned the Certified Distressed Property Expert designation (CDPE) and am fully qualified the help those unfortunate folks who are facing forclosure.
While I work primarily in residential sales, I have a growing client base in commercial real estate. In addition to my membership with the NJ Association of Realtors, I am a member of the Realtor's Commercial Alliance.
