I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise about buying and selling real estate in the Los Angeles area. My first jobs in real estate were with my parents' construction and real estate companies. I learned from the ground up how to plan, build, market and sell property. Over the last two decades while working as a creative executive for Sony, Fox and Warner Bros. I've bought, renovated and sold 8 homes...all for profit. In 2014 I decided to commit to bringing my expertise to real estate sales fulltime.

When it's time to move, you need someone who will advertise your home, show to prospective buyers, negotiate the purchase contract, arrange financing, oversee the inspections, handle all necessary paperwork and supervise the closing. I can take care of everything you need, from start to close.

Oftentimes buyers don't visualize living in your home the way you do. I can make your home attractive to its ideal audience - which can help you get top dollar. Things like staging the home, making repairs or minor improvements, or even simply painting the walls can be the difference between a home resting on the market and one that's sold fast.
My creative talent has been honored via forty awards for marketing/advertising campaigns, logo design, branding, photography and illustration including seven Gold and Silver Promax awards for excellence in TV advertising.

| I needed to lease my 3 bedroom, 3 bath duplex located in Carthay Square as quickly as possible so I used Lon Levin. I knew he would lease it fast, but to my amazement he leased it on the first day! Lon is very patient, hard-working and knowledgable about the area.
