I am a full time Maryland and West Virginia licensed agent serving the Mid-Maryland and Eastern West Virginia panhandle. Being a lifetime resident of Frederick County I know the local market like the back of my hand. My Education includes a B.S. from UMBC and a Masters from Hood College in addition to various computer certifications and training. I previously worked in the bio-technology field before pursuing real estate full time.

| Craig Smith has been my realtor for buying and selling property for about 7 years and the experience has been outstanding. He has always been personable, honest and knowledgeable to the point that I always have realistic expectations and which has always lead to a favorable outcome with either buying or selling property. Most recently, Mr. Smith performed a comparative market analysis(CMA) for me in order to determine the value of my home for the purpose of refinancing before spending over $400 on the full appraisal required by the lender. Based on this information, we did move forward with the appraisal which came back within a half percent difference from the CMA prepared by Mr. Smith. I cannot recommend him enough! |
