Recent transactions include selling a 20 million dollar land entitlement, going from an old trailer park to a 300 unit condominium project, and a 10 unit building to a 46 unit building increasing his net worth by over 1.5 million over night. Not only do I own Corona del Mar Properties, I also own a very successful full service property management company with an enormous amount of coastal rentals.
