| What a stellar team! They are amazing and so helpful every step of the way :D Firstly, as a first time homebuyer I had no idea what neighborhood I wanted to live or what I could afford, but after just a quick talk and starting the search process, boy was I pleasantly surprised.In just weeks I went from not having a clue to gradually filtering down what I wanted (with many promising prospects!) to making an (accepted!) offer and having my hand held through each part of the contract conditions. I thought I’d be moving way out into the suburbs, which is not where I wanted to be; I’m only moving 2 miles away as it turns out and into a killer turnkey home. In short, they were patient, supportive, and readily available, took their time with me, discussed different types of options with me for my future home investmentand monthly costs, and recommended neighborhoods and listings that would be a great fit for me. They are very responsive to all emails and questions,and REALLY know their stuff and will steer you in the right direction, looking out for your best interests. Not before long, based on a particularlisting and comps they’d taken me to see, I gave them the OK to make an offer on this sweet-looking place while it was still in “coming soon” status – not yet on market/open to viewings. I feel so lucky to have snagged my (1st) dream home before it potentially could’ve been a bidding war :O Swift, strategic, and smooth sailing with the offers and contracting, they even presented me with a wonderful housewarming gift(s)! Not to mention they also saved me valuable upfront $ by negotiating a portion of my closing costs onto the sale price, and in turn the loan. Woot! Highly recommend them for the best realty experience around! |

| My wife and I worked with Conor to purchase a beautiful home in Arlington. Conor and his team were extremely knowledgeable about the area, and highly responsive, if not anticipative, of our needs.
