I specialize in working with first-time home buyers and help teach the First Time Home Buyers class we have in Moses Lake, sponsored by the local Community Action Council, each month. I have teamed up with several lenders and other community-minded professionals in Moses Lake for the benefit of all of my clients so we have the best resources available for buyers and sellers who want to find a home that fits their needs just right!
I also work with buyers of higher-end homes, and I also have experience in helping buyers buy pre-sale homes, which are homes yet to be built, working with the builder, finding the right lot to build on, and choosing interior colors for paint, flooring, and cabinetry.
