In this market, it is imperative to know the inventory.  I live in Cypress and have been in Orange County for over 35 years.  My first home was purchased for $35K for a 4 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage with a pool (I put it in).  I have been in up and down housing markets, and use this knowledge to help buyers and sellers.

Service is at the top of my list.  I strive to work with each buyer or seller on a daily/weekly/basis, giving them as much information as they need and want about the status of their transaction. Unfortunately, I have been working with a lot of distressed homeowners - I say unfortunately because many people need help getting to the other side of a sold home.  Bank cooperation is the key, and some cooperate and some make it very hard.

I am a short sale specialist, having done both residential and commercial short sales.  I have SFR and ePro certifications, but nothing beats experience!

I also am certified in Probate and Luxury Real Estate, and work with Relocations.

I am a great negotiator.  This comes in handy when speaking with banks about a short sale.  It used to be one had to speak the "banks' " language, but there are so many newbies on the other end that have not had to go through the good old boy bank classes that what they lack in bank language they gain in being able to speak to anyone.
