I having been selling real estate for over 10 years in the Denver Metro area. My expertise is working with Buyers. I love working with my buyers, and strive to find them the homes of their dreams. In my first meeting with my buyers I take the time to explain the entire process from start to closing. I personally arrange and attend all inspections, and monitor all negotiations involved in the inspections. I continue to work with the buyer's lender to ensure a timely loan approval for our closing.
I have a passion for Real Estate and trying to make the buying and selling experience as stress free as possible. My buyers know from the start that I'm there to find them a safe, desirable home while I negotiate the very best price for them.
I spend most of my time working with buyers in the Northeast quadrant of Metro Denver. I currently live in the Thornton area and know it like the back of my hand. I also spend time in Brighton as my office is currently located in Brighton.

| Even though finding the right house at the right prices is usually a little frustrating, the entire experience with Sue was fun and successful. She was extremely accommodating with all requests and time frames. The flood complicated a few viewings but Sue knew all kinds of shortcuts and even a few muddy roads. I plan to keep her number in my phone as I'm sure there will be future opportunities. She is a grand gal and a super realtor. |

| Sue effectuated a simultaneous closing 21 days from acceptance of our purchase offer with an unresponsive seller's agent and a difficult loan originator. She also made her time available to us in the evenings and weekends when we were searching for homes. I would definitely recommend Sue to anyone who is looking for a real estate agent in our area. |

| "Wrote to numerous Realtors on Zillow using the Zillow form. Only 2 responded, and one never followed up after I sent detailed information about what I was seeking to buy. Sue wasn't one of the realtors who responded but she worked with one of the ones who did. She was fantastic from day one! Very easy to communicate with, Always available (even later in the evening), and on top of everything right through to closing and beyond!I did NOT want a cookie cutter home on a postage stamp sized lot in one of the many cramped subdivisions that have become so common (and hard to avoid). I was specifically looking for a 2-3 BR, 2-2 1/2 bath home with a minimum of 1 acre of land, that was priced below $200K. To further complicate things, my landlord was moving back into the home I was leasing, and I had less than 8 weeks to find my new place, close on it, and move in!There wasn't a whole lot available and though I looked at several properties, none really fit my needs or desires. Then Sue remembered a property that was marketed and not sold in late 2012, that she thought might be what I was looking for, and the owner might consider re-listing/selling. Wow., when I walked it, it was perfect! Right on the money! The property fit my wish list almost to a "T," and the owner was indeed willing to sell.The owner told me his price and I agreed. Sue warned me that we might have a problem getting that value and the owner was adamant he would not come down on price. As it turned out we were NOT able to get the value but Sue used her negotiating skills and the seller did indeed agree to come down to the appraised value and the sale was completed.I am now living very comfortably and happy in my new home with land, and the seller has closed on a replacement property (which Sue helped him find) and he's very happy as well. This was not a "piece of cake" deal, and it required a lot of knowledge and experience to consummate. It also required a lot of work right near the end to ensure everything would close on schedule and without a hitch. Sue went the extra mile(s) running around making sure everything was done that needed to be done to make this happen for me/us.I would HIGHLY recommend Sue to any buyer (she is predominantly a buyer's agent) OR seller for that matter.
