I have also worked as a Realtor Consultant and owned my own Real Estate company in Ocala. Currently, I am one of the areas most experienced Real Estate consultants offering my 30 years of knowledge and experience. A graduate of University of Florida, I am also a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI) . I have received the designations of Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Certified Real Estate Broker (CRB) after attending numerous classes and seminars which offered my countless contacts and hours of information. The newest designations that I have received is Certified Distressed Property Specialist and CIAS, Certified Investor Agent Specialist,CDPE. Also,Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR). I am currently a member of Women's Council of Realtors. Named an "All American City" in 1995, Ocala is the county seat, and has a present population of over 46,000 people making it the largest city in the county. Drive down Fort King Street in the Ocala historic district, and you will be impressed by the obvious care taken with the renovation and preservation of the area's home.
