CLT is a full service title agency locally owned and operated by R.F. "Bob" Booth Jr., CLS., a third generation title man since 1984.
I have served as a past Vice President and Board member of the Florida Land Title Association and currently as a board member of the Certified Land Title Institute (proudly pioneered by my Grandfather H.D. Booth). I currently assist as a grading board council member of The Institute administering and grading the yearly test given to title professionals desiring to acheive the industry designation of "Certified Land Searcher" and "Certified Land Closer".
