Let me begin by telling you a bit about myself. I was raised here in California's great Central Valley, so I know the Fresno/Clovis area as well as just about anybody. Like many Valley residents, I come from a farming background. I also attended local schools, married and raised my daughter here in Fresno.

| Carole Jacoby, Owner-Broker of a small, real estate service office, offers hands on, personalized service with years of experience, which took us through the listing and sale of our home as well as the purchase of our new home. Our daughter, Lisa, used Carole's website to show students how to gather and evaluate information on buying homes. Lisa, after reviewing other sites, found Carole's had the best mix of specific properties and links to other relevant Realtor® sites. It was consumer friendly and easy to navigate. Lisa referred us to Carole and a fellow church member, who had used Carole's service, highly recommended her. When we began to explored the possibility of relocating, Carole met with us to get acquainted and gathered general information regarding market conditions, the sale process, what we needed to do in preparation for listing our home. We were laboring under a heavy mix of work, church and family obligations. We completed those items she suggested and placed our home in the market at a much higher price than we thought and it sold immediately. (At full price). Carole had assured us that she would find that perfect relocation home for us within our 40 day escrow period and she DID! There were 3 escrows involved. She negotiated elements of the escrow and they closed within the contract date with all parties happy. She coordinated everyone's special interests, loans, inspections, negotiation, etc. All Lenders, including our Cal Vet, cooperated beautifully (with a few gentle tugs and encouragements). Carole performs like a one-person football team: Coach, Quarterback, Blocker, Runner and Receiver. Carole looks at what is best for her clients, not herself. | I've purchased four homes and sold three in the past and never once dealt with such integrity, deligence and patience that Carole Jacoby offered, not even with my first home purchase in which my good friend was the Realtor®. In this busy market, Realtors® don't seem to have the time to pamper their clients, especially, picky clients, like myself, and they seem to sleep in late. Carole is the exception to the Realtor® world. She worked hard for me on a daily basis, she was ready to go every day by seven in the morning and worked late, sometimes til ten o'clock in the evenings, until she found me the PERFECT home. Because of her number of years of experience and knowledge in real estate, my escrow went quickly and painlessly. Carole made sure the Title Company, Loan Company and inspectors were on top of things so that I closed escrow on time and without penalties. I would highly recommend Carole to any client purchasing or sellling their home. There is only one negitive thing that I can think of about Carole... she works too hard! | Where do I begin...When I found out I would be moving to Fresno (from near Laguna Beach)...in a very short time frame, I went right to the internet. Right there was Carole's website. Never did I look any further. I called for Carole the very next morning and the rest is, shall we say, history.... My wife won't be joining me for another year, but I needed a house and, in this place, I wanted a pool, too! I made arrangements to meet with Carole as soon as I could get to town. Carole showed us around town. We decided on an area we wanted and, not only did Carole start looking for houses for us, she took us by apartments that had short term leases, sat with us while we took care of those details and the drives around town began! Boy, did they begin...I distinctly remember telling Carole,"I want to find a house in that neighborhood"...pointing out of the window of her car, never thinking it would happen. Well, I got a lot more than a house in that neighborhood. Yes, you guessed it, it has a pool and jacuzzi. | I listed my home in Clovis with Carole Jacoby. At the time, I was living in Southern California, getting my Master's degree. So, making trips to Fresno was out of the question. My home needed major repairs as a result of faulty construction. Living four hours south of Fresno, I contacted Carole Jacoby. She took care of lining up reputable contractors, scheduled appointments for me and even oversaw the repairs. She kept in touch with me constantly and was tireless in her pursuit to sell my home.
