Having lived in the South Metro Denver area for over 15 years I have a very active inside view of the neighborhoods that I live in.  While raising kids and participating in so many activities I have had an intimate view of neighborhoods via soccer fields, parks, hockey rinks, basketball courts via recenters and schools.  My kids humor me as we take the neighborhood detours and assessing the housing markets after their activities.  We have done a few pre-game drives when Mom and GPS weren't in sink as many of you understand!
