I obtained my real estate and appraisal license in 1989 from the state of California.  I kept my real estate license active to pursue a residential appraisal career.  After one year of working for an independent appraisal company, I went in the business for myself.  My primary clients were government contracts and mortgage companies.  I was actively appraising properties during the savings and loan fall out, when the Resolution Trust Corp. (RTC) took control.  

My knowledge in appraising is a valuable asset to my clients.  I have strong research, analytical and organizational skills, both buyers and sellers can benefit from it.  My primary focus is providing good customer service to buyers, investors, and sellers. 

I've been licensed and certified as an appraiser and real estate agent in the state of  North Carolina.  Currently, residing in Brunswick County as licensed Broker.
