I am currently taking the required coursework to gain my real estate agent license. My husband and I have been investing in rentals since 2013.  I am going to RE school because I would like to be able to buy and sell our own primary residence in addition to growing our investment property portfolio.

I have a bachelors degree in mechanical engineering and like to DIY everything.
