Aaron was born in Missoula, and has been a Bozeman resident most of his life. He graduated from Belgrade High School in 1991, and left Belgrade to attend Devry University's Electrical Engineering program in Phoenix, Arizona, where he attended for one full year. Aaron continued his education at Montana State University, but was eager to start a career, and joined the family business of roofing. Several years later, Aaron was offered experience as a Roofing Foreman in Fairbanks, Alaska, and was there with his family for two years.

After the Alaska experience, Aaron was ready to utilize his love for information technology (and Bozeman!), and came back to work for Little Apple Technologies, a wireless Internet Service Provider. Aaron started as an installer, but was quickly promoted to Chief Technical Officer, and was there a total of 8 years.  

Wanting to work on his own, Aaron launched ClearLight Inspections, and he loves working in the field with clients and helping to provide insight to homebuyers and homeowners. His wide base of skills, coupled with incredible knowledge of how things work and a sincere desire to help people makes him the perfect home inspector.
