New Facilities In January 2006, Classic Realty Associates relocated its offices to the new Southwood Business Center building located at 3600 Hwy 6 South in College Station adjacent to the Quality Suites Hotel. "For years we were in a convenient location. However, we finally asked ourselves the big question: ‘Convenient for whom?' We knew we needed to relocate our offices to an area in close proximity to many of the properties we sell. We trust this new location will benefit many clients and REALTORS®. Trey has been an active in real estate for 3 decades. He is a past REALTOR® Association President and a past REALTOR® of the Year.
