As a native of Ireland, I moved to the Twin Cities in 1999 after living through my worst winter of 1996 in Minnesota.  Why? (I hear you ask!) Well...I really enjoyed the people I met and the genuine feeling of belonging.  I decided after working with a large construction company that I wanted to get further into a Real Estate career.  I joined a small commercial Real Estate company then decided that I wanted to run my own business...and here I am now with my own Real Estate Company - Emerald Real Estate!

As my clientelle will testify, I am about developing relationships, hearing what is important and doing the best job possible to find, offer, negotiate and make sure the transaction closes on time at the best price and terms...and have fun along the way.  People often say that moving it is one of the most stressful times of your life, well I am here to ensure that it goes as painfree as possible.   

I specialise in Tenant Representation in the commercial aspect of Real Estate also.  If your office is moving or your business needs to increase in size or you need to expand into other market locations...I am your woman!  I enjoy the business element to commercial where it comes down to numbers and negotiating with a male dominated environment.  Let's just say all my commercial clients have gotten cracking deals with great concessions :)
