Charles and Kate are full time residents of Martin County and have been helping both buyers and sellers of real estate for the past 10 years. He is an avid boater and holds a 100 ton U.S. Coast Guard Merchant Marine Officer license. Kate is a member of the Junior League of Martin County.Both Charles & Kate are members of the National Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors and Martin County and Regional Boards (serving Palm Beach and St. Lucie counties). Prior to joining Charles at RE/MAX, Kate was on site Sales Manager for national and local builders/developers and has extensive experience in new home sales. Charles & Kate both hold the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation awarded to less than 5% of Realtors who have completed a rigorous course of advanced training and meeting significant experience requirements. Charles also holds the Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) designation awarded by the National Association of Realtors to less than 5% of it's members and is the benchmark of excellence in buyer agency service. He is also eCertified, and both are graduates of the Realtor Institute. Charles is certified as a relocation specialist. They use the latest technology to assist their clients.Prior to moving to Florida Charles enjoyed a career on Wall Street. He holds an MBA from Columbia University Business School and JD from Syracuse University School of Law. Kate is a graduate of Drake University, Des Moines, IA.
