Get to Know Cindy Poole Roberts

I was born and raised in Raleigh but have lived in Atlanta, Bolder, San Francisco, Charleston, SC amoung other cities in SC while in high tech sales before coming back to Raleigh in 2000 and getting my real estate license. 

I am known by my clients to work extremely hard to find them the right home, as well as sell their home. I am positive, energetic and have fun at what I do.  Because of that, my clients and I usually have a good time working together and become good friends. They appreciate that I go out of my way to help them from start to finish, and long after the moving truck has left.

I look forward to this continuing to be a fabulous year for us all!

Certifications

I have taken lots of real estate classes and enjoy constantly learning new ways to service my clients.  I have 7 designations: CRS, ABR, GRI, SRES, (Seniors Real Estate Specialist), RSPS (Resort and Second Home Property Specialist), SFA (short sales and foreclosures) and e-PRO.  I attended the StarPower conferences that were held annually and attended by the best of the best around the country.  Now I go the CRS Sell-a-bration that is excellent!

I work with all types of buyers and sellers, from first-time buyers all the way to the sellers downsizing from their gorgeous, executive homes in the Hayes Barton neighborhood of Raleigh.  Being born and raised "Inside the Beltline", I do lots of buying and selling there, but I also work a lot in North Raleigh.  I've had listings from Garner to Durham, and sold homes from Apex to Rolesville!  So I can cover the Raleigh and surrounding areas.  I enjoy working with all ages.  The classes that I took to get the SRES designation were extremely interesting in dissecting the different generations in terms of their comfort level with high tech and the best way to communicate with each...from texting the Gen X'ers to sitting on the sofa fact to face with the GI Generation.

I've been through almost all of the buying scenarios, so can easily identify with my clients. As a single person, a couple, a family, transferred to a different city, divorced, single mom, upsizing, downsizing, building a home from scratch, buying a fixer-upper, tract homes, resort property, a new home, and an extremely old home.  I know the right questions to ask from experience!
