My degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin has been a tremendous help to me in selling real estate. I am an owner/broker and hold the MLS participation for over 40+ agents so it has helped with my "internal customers" also. I'm a great listener and a very effective problem solver. Needless to say, my agents bring in some pretty complex problems to solve. Please feel free to read my Active Rain blog.

I treat each individual the way I want to be treated, with respect and honesty. I am not high pressure but I am motivated to get the job done.
I also have sales experience outside of real estate which I consider to be a definite advantage. I have over 15 years expereince selling industrial floorings and linings. I always tell people, "if you can sell that product and keep your customers happy, you can sell anything"
