Cindy Garruba grew up on Long Island and the North Fork is favorite place in the world.  Northville Beach has been her summer home all her life.  She loves the beaches, homes, farms, wineries, and people.  In 1990 Cindy studied at the Metropolitan Institute of Interior Design in Plainview, Long Island and became certified in the Practical Aspects of Interior Design.  Always involved in design, she became intrigued with home staging.  In spring of 2009, she put her own home in Wading River on the market after staging it for sale, and sold it quickly.  After home staging her own home successfully, she found the Staging Training by Design program taught by Allegra Dioguardi of Styled and Sold.  Cindy says "Stage Training by Design was the exact class I needed for my home staging business.
