Real estate sales and mortgage broking are not the only areas suffering right now because of changing economic conditions and demographics. As a trainer, I've had to be realistic in assessing the market including future projections and the picture is not pretty.
The playing field is definitely not fair, and I believe there is an urgent need to dramatically increase the ability of dedicated agents to compete more effectively in order to survive, let alone thrive.
