Specializing is a bit different than say your larger metropolitan areas. I work primarily with buyers & sellers on land home New Construction packages and/or already existing Houses, & Vacant land. Our office has some agents that mostly work Farms. Others that prefer Commercial. Not really enough to survive on YET as far as Commercial/retail goes. Many rumors of Business development in our area. Sure is great to see our small town grow.
