I am Christine Joyce, a mother, a wife and a Realtor. I have 2 sons and a husband that keep me smiling. I grew up in the suburbs of Philadelphia. I am the third oldest in a family of seven. I loved growing up in a large family they have taught me alot about who I am today. I moved to Maryland in 1991 when I was married. I fell in love with all the the Chesapeake Bay area has to offer. My job as a nurse in home care allowed me to get familiar with the Baltimore and Anne Arundel County areas very quickly. I stopped working for several years when my boys were little. I returned to work this time as a real estate salesperson when my kids were in school full day. I bring my love of helping people to my current job.
I consider myself very good at helping sellers get the very best price for their home.
I really enjoy working with families that are relocating to the area. I take the time to teach each buyers all there is to know about the area and what you get for the money. There is so much to learn and discover about this area.
I do consider myself a waterfront homes specialist. I have been through the process of finding, purchasing and now maintaining a waterfront home. The rules are different with waterfront homes. You need to work with an agent that is familiar with all that goes into it.
I am a full time Realtor serving Severna Park and all of Anne Arundel County. I love what I do and it shows in all the little details that get you to settlement.
