Christine Faeth began her real estate career in 1980 in the custom home building industry and has been one of the area’s hardest working advocates for buyers and sellers in neighborhoods all over Southeast Michigan for over 30 years. Her background in building and land development gives her a unique understanding of the ever fluctuating market. She prides herself on pricing properties effectively and developing strong client relationships.
Christine is so much more than just a realtor for hire. Over 95% of her clients are referrals, which speaks highly of her ability to not only understand and listen to her clients’ needs, but provide results. Christine’s relationship with her clients goes beyond a business transaction; they are her friends. In her eyes success means more than sales numbers, though she does excel in that.
