Get to Know Evva Cason
I have almost 30 years of management and business experience. I pride myself on being knowledgeable about whatever I do and on pushing myself to always learn more. The more I know about the market, financing, contract legality, marketing and negotiating, the better job I can do for my sellers and buyers. I have lived in the area since 1988, been active in civic and community projects, along with volunteering time for worthwhile city and civic events. I have a background in Quality Assuranace and manufacturing, which gave me an understanding of how to work with people, solve problems and get results. I own a farm in the area and am an avid horse person and animal lover. Many agents don't like to work with large tracts of undeveloped, or wooded tracts of land, or farms. Quite the opposite for me. I love walking the fencelines, checking out the ponds, streams and springs. Our area of wooded hills, creeks, farms and lake properties brings out the best in all of us. Colorful springs with dogwoods and redbuds in bloom, to fishing-skiing and boating in summer to the wonderful fall colors are just part of the attraction of this area of Missouri. It is rural living with all the amenities of the city. Take a look at the area, you may like what you see.
Certifications
I have a BA in Chemistry, a background in Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, business, and Quality Eng. I feel that I am knowledgeable in identifing good properties, survey and boundry techniques, legalities of contract provisions along with creative financing. We try to inform and educate our clients as we move thru the selling and buying process, making it easier for them to make good, sound decisions when presented with problems in the process.
