| Dusty did a stellar job listing & selling our vacation home for us. Given that we live 2 hours away from the property, she had to coordinate & meet prospective buyers to let them in/out of the home and work around vacation rental bookings. We realize it was not an easy situation, but WOW, we were so impressed at the traffic she brought in the door. She knew where to list it (price) and what sort of timeline to expect. | Dusty was very helpful. I had friends selling their house at the same time and as we compared realtors Dusty by far was and is superior. The amount I had compared to my friends was 100x's better. Constant appointments and open houses. The staging and decorations for the showings was phenomenal. She always kept me up to date on what was happening. | We felt comfortable with Dusty from the very begining. I had taken a class that Dusty had taught and could see that she would work hard for us. Could tell that she is a go get it type of person. When talking with her, she said she would put our house on the MLS listing in Phoenix which meant more viewings along with Northern Arizona MLS listings. Dusty had our house in the Flagstaff Real Estate For Sale Magazine twice & also hosted a open house, she had flyers at her office along with the MLS listings. We know she did all she could do but had a challenge with rural surroundings in the area. Dusty stuck in there & got the job done. The offer came in late while Dusty was at a conference back East. We finalized around 10:30 pm our time with a counter offer which means Dusty was up after 12 am dealing with this. We appreciate her time and her. Thank you Dusty Rhoton! |
