Thank you for visiting my blog page. I am a full time Coldwell Banker, J. Wesley Dowling realtor and I use my vast knowledge of Northwest Louisiana to professionally service my valued clients. I am the retired Chief of Police of Shreveport, Louisiana. My experience as Chief of Police sets me apart from other local realtors because I posess expert geographical knowledge of surrounding residential and commercial properties. I have a proven community reputation for integrity, honesty and loyalty.
I am a licensed Louisiana State realtor and have a Bachelor and Masters degree in criminal justice administration. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, Northwest Louisiana Association of Realtors and the Multiple Listing Service. I continue my involvement in my community through my service in the Shreveport Downtown Rotary Club and the North Highland United Methodist Church Handicap Ramp Ministry Team. I also continue my service with local law enforcement as a member of the International Association of Chiefs of Police, Louisiana Chief's Association and COPS for Christ.

First Time Home Buyers - I enjoy helping people negotiate the many steps of buying their first home. From the first step of obtaining funding all the way through closing the sale with the key in hand. The purchase of a first home is a very intimidating process without an experienced realtor guiding the way.
Estate Services - The most trying and difficult time for an elderly client or their family is when it becomes necessary to dispose of their estate due to death or incapicity. I have experience working with clients who must settle estates and need a full service realtor to handle the details. I have successfully helped many clients complete the task professionally and effeciently.
Relocation Services - I have also served clients in the military, law enforcement, fire services, business executives and pastors relocate to the area. Many of my clients have relocated into the area due to their work or mandatory transfers beyond their control. I have always sucessfully placed my relocation clients in homes which suit their needs and meet their criteria.
Listing Services - I list homes in the upper to mid price ranges. I use a specialized marketing plan to market my listings which has been very successful. I use internet marketing extensively because most buyers shop the internet first. I also post a virtual tour on all web sites for all of my listings as an additional service to my clients.
