I have been a Realtor since 1995.  I relocated to the York area in 1998 and as the mother of three children, I understand the process and stresses of moving a family. I use this experience when working with her Cartus and USAA relocation families and enjoys helping them find an area, and a home they love.  Cheryl also works with first time home buyers and sellers.  My background in the education field tohelps me teach, and guide my buyers and sellers through each step of the process.  As a full time agent in these changing and stressful times, I understand the need to stay educated and updated on the current market and trends.  I have earned the distinctive designation of Certified Residential Specialist (only 4% of all Realtors have this designation).

I have also earned the Short Sale Foreclosure Resource Designation.  This has enabled me to help the many sellers that are in distress with their homes. I takes an active role with the local board of Realtors by serving on several committees, including the forms committtee and the MLS committee.
