About Cheryl Dukes

Cheryl brought her talents to real estate after several years conducting the business of sports, both as a sports marketer and as an international athlete representative. She began her real estate career managing neighborhood sales for one of the southeast’s well-known builders, and she now specializes in resales of this builder’s homes, along with higher end homes and luxury properties. "Though my focus is on higer end homes, my goal is to provide extraordinary effort and results - regardless of price point."

The marriage of real estate and sports is the perfect combo according to Cheryl. “In many ways real estate transactions are just like the athlete transactions I used to negotiate. They all have very important details that must be addressed and goals that need to be accomplished. MY goal is to help everyone get to the closing table and leave as winners.”

What does it take to run a successful real estate practice? Commitment, discipline, honesty, trustworthiness, creativity, hard work and fun - “We must absolutely have some fun during the real estate sales process.”

Cheryl founded the Colored Rocks Foundation (coloredrocks.org), a nonprofit which recognizes the most outstanding students from Georgia’s highest at-risk student group and inspires them to to help their fellow students, in efforts to raise Georgia’s critically low high school graduation rates among this group.

Like many of her clients, Cheryl is an Atlanta transplant, having grown up in Las Vegas. She is the parent of a grade school son, Kanders McLendon, who is already a multi-sport athlete. She serves metro Atlanta real estate with a focus on Atlanta's higher end neighborhoods.

Cheryl holds Million Dollar Club status with the East Metro Board of Realtors, and is among the exclusive group of less than 1% of Real Estate Agents in the United States who have earned the Premier Luxury Marketing Consultant (PLMC) designation.
