ABOUT CHERYL: 

Cheryl Childress is a native of Fort Worth, Texas. She spent her years teaching elementary students and serves currently as an adjunct professor for the Dallas County Community College District teaching Child Development courses. Cheryl believes teaching young children has strengthened her knowledge base to work in the real estate industry. Cheryl’s educational background which consists of a Bachelor of Science from the University of North Texas, a Master of Science in Human Relations and Business from Amberton University, and a Master of Education from Texas A&M University-Commerce.  AREAS OF EXPERTISE:

Cheryl enjoys working with homeowners who are in the process of either selling their house due to a short sale or just a regular traditional sale either buying or selling. She believes it's more to selling a house than just placing a “for sale” sign in the yard and listing the home in the Multiple Listing Services (MLS). Her strategy involves providing the seller with tools that will educate the homeowner on the selling process that will allow the seller to net the most money possible and as for buyers, educating them as much as possible is crucial so they will know what they will be up against without any surprises. Teaching is what I do best!

 

INTEREST: 

For fun, Cheryl loves to spend time with family, learning technology, reading real estate/child development books and working out at the gym.Her main goal is to make sure she stays healthy so she can provide superb service to her clients

ABOUT D’MARCICUS

D’Marcicus is a native of Dallas, Tx. After graduating high school, he joined the United States Navy. During his time in the Navy, he maintained a position as an Air Condition Mechanic on the USS Abraham Lincoln. However, to continue his career path with Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning, (HVAC) D’Marcicus worked in corporate America for Lennox Industries where he was accountable for the Quality Department. His extensive training has allowÅed him to achieve over 20 years of experience in the HVAC Industry, and as a result of the love of HVAC, D’Marcicus is now the owner of Five Star Heating & Air Conditioning  which he owns and operates.

 

 

EDUCATION:

Correspondingly, D’Marcicus educational background consists of a Bachelor of Science in Management, a Master of Business Administration from Amberton University, & a Contractors License in HVAC.Our A/C Company

Since D’Marcicus is a native of Dallas, Texas, he enjoys working with buyers and relocation clients that are not familiar with the Dallas Fort Worth area.
