Hello, my name is Charlie Shapiro and I would like to tell you a little about myself. I was raised believing in the value of hard work and education. These values have served me for my entire life and I continually dedicate myself a new to reliability and learning. With today’s constantly changing world it is vital to be willing to learn new skills and adapt to new environments. Formerly, I was the Executive Pastry Chef in some of the top hotels in the United States, including: Fairmont Hotel Properties, the Inn and Links at Spanish Bay in Pebble Beach, the Wig Wam Resort, and the Brown Palace. In this fast paced arena I had the pleasure of working with Christian Schmidt, albeit we were much younger, and the honorable Michael Garbin. I elected to stay in Phoenix, Scott Kidd and Carey Neff and the experience was a great pleasure although it was spent in toil and hard work. After the hospitality industry I began owning my own business, the Sunset Pastry Café. I had owned and operated three separate restaurants in the greater Phoenix area. The experience with on site property management and finance prepared me for a brave new career field.Success is a by-product of helping others..................After working in small business, I began my real estate career in 2003 where I rose to prominence in a successful area in the real estate market. My License hangs at Ken Meade Realty where for the last nine years I have been in the Top 10 within the entire company. I have a fantastically talented team that I am truly lucky to be working with. I have always believed that the people around me are some of my greatest assets, and that is one of the primary reasons I have always been so successful.
