I specialize in HOMEBUYER's. My primary focus is and always will be on helping first time homebuyer's (and "move up" buyers)purchase their dream home. Yes, I do listings too, but I limit them to referrals, previous clients and home buyer's who need to sell their home to move, regardless of why they need a new (resale or new build) home. When you think about it it makes total sense for us to commit ourselves to home buyers as the home selling process takes care of itself. With adequate pricing, some marketing, running an ad or two, doing a couple open houses and using the MLS. Listing agents don't sell homes, Buyer's Agents do and its in the home Buying process that my experience is put to its best use.

My programs for Buyer's can't be matched and nobody else is doing what I do. I have programs for Renter's, for Pet Lovers, for first time homebuyer's, for Baby Boomers and young families but more importantly I have assisted 100's of Buyer's find their perfect home at the very lowest price with the best terms and guaranteed them 100% satisfaction or I would sell if for free and find them another home. Thank goodness I have never had to be taken up on that...
