Chad Wozniak has been in the real estate business for more than 15 years. His career experience has included luxury, residential, strata, commercial, agricultural and multi-family investment properties. Chad has enjoyed working with the public as a business owner and a labour negotiator for multinational corporations
Education is a big part of real estate. Recognizing this early in his career, Chad continually upgrades his knowledge of the industry. He is a consistent producer and has been acknowledged multiple times for real estate industry performance awards.
He lives in the area and has family roots in the Okanagan Valley going back as far as 1945. Additionally, Chad has many contacts and clients from Vancouver who are looking to invest in and move to the sunny Okanagan.

When he is not working, Chad enjoys hiking, biking, golfing, walking the family dog, travel, collecting stamps and coins, classic cars as well as investing in real estate.
