| Cherie is one if not the best realtors I have ever dealt with , very thoughtful, responsible, and very good at what she does.I bought a house from her, and we still use her for rental, she will go out of her way to help you in anyway she can, she is very professional, at the time with bought our house she was willing to show us homes at anytime we were availabe. |

| Cherie was wonderful, always there when we needed her, calming our nerves and getting it done!! She was available every time the lending company came up with a new request with help in getting what was needed. She knew exactly what we were looking for and didn't waist our time showing us something that didn't meet our needs. Always had a smile and encouraging word when we were obviously becoming frustrated. |

| Cherie is the best agent I have ever worked with! She is a true professional and very knowledgeable with the current housing market. She helped us buy a property and also to find a renter for it. She worked with our schedule and is always a pleasure to deal with. She goes above and beyond what has to be done to please her clients.
