I am a native of San Rafael and currently live in San Francisco's Cow Hollow District with my son. Living in San Francisco and working in Marin gives me a unique perspective on life in both environments. My passions outside of Real Estate are cooking and entertaining, Bikram Yoga, enjoying delicious red wines, traveling and spending as much time with friends and family as possible.
I offer my clients 25 years of relevant experience, including 10 years in property management, contract and pricing negotiations, construction and office management just to name a few. I believe in and practice stellar client care and straightforward communication in all my relationships and have the time and enthusiasm to spoil my clients during their home buying or selling process.
I extended my Real Estate education with an Ecobroker designation so I can offer the added value of guiding my clients toward energy saving features and options to increase the comfort, efficiency and indoor air quality of their homes.
Real Estate is not about buying and selling; its about relationships, guidance, and education. I use my past experiences and my real estate education to lead my clients toward making solid real estate decisions while creating a positive and informed journey towards buying or selling a home. The transfer of Real Estate is more than the structure and land, its about home, community, comfort and happiness. What will truly make you happy in your home? My mission is to figure that out and help you find it.
I look forward to working with you in the future to either buy or sell a home, provide a Competitive Market Analysis on your existing home, or to just keep you abreast of the current climate in the housing market. Its an exciting time in Real Estate and if you can make it happen, its a great time to jump in!
When I tell someone what I do and where I live I always get the same reaction. A perplexed look, a pause and then the question, "Why don't you work in SF"? I was born and raised in San Rafael, California and both of my parents were born and raised in SF. In High School I worked in SF and 2 years out of college in 1987 I moved to SF and never left. To me the two counties are connected and symbiotic. I don't think I would want one without the other. The reality is, there is only a 1.7 mile bridge that separates my home life from my work life. It's less than 10 minutes to Southern Marin from my home.
Living in SF and working in Marin gives me a unique perspective for potential buyers thinking of making the move from SF to Marin or empty nesters considering that pied de terre they have always dreamed of owning in SF.
I love working with people relocating from across the country or just across the bay. It gives me an opportunity to share my passion for both counties and all they have to offer.
I am also a certified Ecobroker and continue to educate myself on the greening of real estate, construction and lifestyle choices. As an Ecobroker I educated my clients on making healthier, sustainable and energy saving choices when buying or selling a home. Virtually every residential real estate transaction involves some form of home improvement. Why not choose No-VOC paint or energy efficient appliances? Why not low flow toilets or double pained windows? There are a number of small changes we can all make to conserve our resources and create healthier environments inside our homes!
Marin County - a short drive from San Francisco offers a variety of living experiences from secluded hilltop property in Mill Valley or San Anselmo to walkable bungalows in Larkspur or San Rafael.
