Hi, Why should you hire me you may be asking yourself, well I ask Why not! I will go the extra mile(s) for you. I believe buying or selling a home, whether it is your 1st home or your retirement home that it is your biggest & most expensive purchase or sale that you will make. In saying this I mean that you should purchase the home that you want, not the home I want for you to buy. If we can find that perfect home in 1 trip out or 20+ trips that is all up to you. I have been able to place most of my buyers in the first home that we looked at. How you may wonder.....I listen to what you have to say, what type of home you would like, the area, in a neighborhood not in a neighborhood, etc. If you aren't sure on what area you would like we can drive around and check out different areas. Before we get started I would like to meet with you so I can learn what it is you want. In return I will tell you in more detail what my job is as your agent. I will show you & explane the paperwork involved & I can introduce you to a few different lenders so you can have your pick of the one you feel the most comfortable with. When I list a home or farm I have a Professional Photographer come out & take the pictures. I have a slide show made & post the pictures on the MLS, all my websites, RE/MAX Website, Homes&Land & Realtor.com. I send out print media on your home to neighbors, other agents & where ever else I find that will help bring in a buyer. I love working with 1st time home buyers, whether it is a $35,000.00 or $500,000.00 home the excitement that they have over receiving the keys to something that they own is wonderful to see. I will personally sit down with them & a lender if they would like, go over all the paperwork that it will take to buy a home, earnest monies, inspections, HOA's, covanents & restrictions & any other questions that they may have.
I also specialize in horse property all over central Indiana. I have had many horse property listings. They can take a little more time to sell then a home in a neighborhood because it is a specialized property. Horse properties can range all over the price range & location. Zionsville is a popular area for horse farms, but you will be able to find horse property in Brownsburg, Greenfield, Franklin & Frankfort & all points inbetween. Prices can range from the low to middle $100,000.00 & go why over $1,000,000.00.
