... a little about me... Upon graduating from UC Berkeley with a double major in Political Science and Philosophy, I found myself interviewing for a bunch of random corporate positions. It wasn't very long until I decided that a life of servitude to some corporation was NOT for me. If I was going to work for anyone, it was going to be myself. I had the chance to attend a variety of interesting talks while at Berkeley regarding real-estate and the direction of our economy. These talks inspired me and I decided to put my skills to the test. I started CDM Property Preservation in January of 2009 and I am extremely excited to see its growth.
My only addiction in life is the coast; i am an avid surfer and I can never get too much of the beach. My goal is to save up enough money, through CDM and various other business ventures, so that my good friend and I can start our Non-Profit surf camp for underprivileged youth. I enjoy working with inspirational people, I am very driven and I look forward to working with you!

After the initial inspection, we notify the lender of the property's condition and recommend a variety of services aimed at maintaining/ increasing the value of the property and the chance that it is sold. During this process, we work with real-estate agents in the area who are marketing REO properties. Our communication with lenders and real-estate agents allows each party to be involved regarding the condition of the property and increases the probability that it is sold.
